These are our terms and conditions for any orders placed at GLOBALIQUORS.

Please read these purchasing terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which GLOBALIQUORS makes these products available to you.

GLOBALIQUORS will not sell alcohol beverages to any minor. You must be of legal age in your Country.

By submitting your order for confirmation, you represent to GLOBALIQUORS that you understand these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them in connection with this transaction. We will acknowledge your order via email to info@globaliquors.com

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.

GLOBALIQUORS may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

 

shipping policy

GLOBALIQUORS ships worldwide. Following clients indications, shipment will be available and dispatched to the Shipping Company. This Shipping Company will be designated previously by the client and is whom will adquire all the responsibility on the shipments delivery. GLOBALIQUORS is not responsible for the selected Shipping Company failures or non-fulfillment .

 

conditions of Sale and Shipping for importers around the world:

Departure Port: All products are shipped from the country of origin. If your order contains products from different countries you will have to pay international shipping separately. We cannot collect orders from different countries and ship all in one. Client will assume the cost on sending shipments within a country if order should be delivered to different regions of this country, as shipment should be delivered to an only place in it.

Minimum Order: 1 Pallet by Brand.

Prices: Prices ex works.

Shipping and Customs: All shipping must be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses, all taxes, and duties. No refund will be issued if customs does not release the item to the customer due to local restrictions. For those countries that require an Alcohol Beverage Importer’s License or any other type of license, GLOBALIQUORS is not responsible if the purchaser does not have or does not operate such licensure at the time the alcohol beverage product is imported into the Destination County.

Samples: Samples are free, shipping costs must be borne by the client shall be reimbursed in the first order.

Payment: 100% Prepayment. Payments shall be in US Dollars or Euros.

Availability: If an item in your order isn't available for immediate shipment, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or provide the option of holding your order until all items are available for shipment. We will try our utmost to ensure availability, but there are times when certain liquors may be out of stock.

 

return policy

Globaliquors.com guarantees the quality of all our products and services. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. If the product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Following the wine trade tradition, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk. If you suspect the product is spoiled, please put the cork back in and return the bottle to us with the wine or spirit still in it. We can't take back any empty bottles, so please don’t dump it.

If we send you the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a pickup and replacement.

If you wish to return the product for any other reason, please contact us to arrange sending it back to us. We will issue a refund less any shipping fees. However, if the wine is found to be faulty in any respect, we will not expect you to pay the shipment charges.
